Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.General info:• Payment via PayPal, Wise, and USDT
• No deadlines of any kind. After full payment by client, artwork will be done asap in 1-3 months.
• Payment plan is available if total order amount exceeds $300+. The terms and stages of payments are discussed individually, usually is 1/3 per month.
• All Commissions are done DIGITAL (if not stated otherwise) and you will receive a High-Resolution and a Web-Version PNG File of your Picture.
• I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character. If you are unsure about YOUR special desire, just ask if I am willing to draw it.
• I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit your commission to my main page or any other site I own.
• You may post any art made for you to your page, crop it for an icon, and show it off wherever you like- but please remember to give the author's credit and link back to my page.
You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use ONLY (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, any prints for yourself and friends etc.)! I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc. (However, i will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.) If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.REFUNDS:• If you need to cancel before the initial stage of drawing, which includes sharing your ideas about the picture and/or payment, you let me know as soon as possible. Dropping communication instead of formally cancelling disrupts financial and time planning, and is generally disrespectful. So please, keep me informed about your decision BEFOREHAND!
• If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done (ex. If the FULL work is finished, I won't return the money. If the half of the work is finished, I'll give half of the amount).
• If I need to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued within an agreed upon time.PROCESS:• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit, and in some cases adjusting markings to better fit the artistic language I use. In no case I will change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same. I am definitely not willing to imitate other artist's style.
• You'll always receive a sketch for approval before I finish your commission. Once the sketch is done, you're welcome to request minor changes.
• I accept changes based on things that was due to my personal mistake, like missing markings or essential accessories. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description.
• If you need resolutions larger than specified in the price list available (up to 5000 px for wide side), please let me know about it in advance. Usually, it bears no extra charge.
• If the initial sketch was rejected for any reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
• When commission is finished, you will receive a High-Resolution and a Web-Version PNG File of your picture.
• If You wish for a different artist to color or otherwise edit a commission made by me, please ask me beforehand, and mention the artist's name you have in mind.
• Also possible corrections or additions to the picture after finished work - $10 per change. All additions that I add will be over the artwork.EXTRA:• Private commissions available: 100% of the original price
• Any other additions of commission (see my price or ask me)PERSONAL NOTE:• Depending on my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few month.
